Getting Started with the Portal

Go to the Pulse Portal

Visit portal.pconnect.com.au and sign in with your business email address.

Sign in with Microsoft

Click 'Sign in with Microsoft' to authenticate with your company's Microsoft 365 account. No separate password needed.

View your dashboard

Once signed in, you'll see your services, usage summary, and billing overview.

What You Can Do

  • >View real-time data usage — individual SIMs and pool total
  • >See all active SIMs on your account
  • >Access billing history and current invoices
  • >View your internet and voice services alongside mobile
